It all started with my interest in the Cheetah since I've seen one on TV when I was a child. They impress me with the beauty of their body structure, their marking and the high speed they can reach. Unfortunately they face so many problems and every day is a struggle of survival.
I am a trained biological technical assistant and it taught me about the variety of biological processes and everytime I learned something new it amazed me again. But what can I do with that to help endangered species? Well, it doesn't matter what you have learned, there is a lot you can do.
I always wanted to go to Africa to see these animals in their natural environment. While I was doing some research I learned that there are still cheetahs with a limited number in Iran.
Then I met Farid Gharadjedaghi in an Iranforum. He is a scientist and helped me a lot with getting informations about Iran and the culture. He contacted the managerial zoologist of the Iranian Cheetah Society (ICS) Dr. Mohammad Farhadinia who gave me more informations about the project in Iran.
On my homepage I will tell you about my effort to help the cheetah and hope I can make a difference.
